 Tour Itinerary... 

Day 1: 

• Arrival at Sawai Madhopur Railway Station in the morning
• Transfer to pre-booked resort at Ranthambhore. Check-in and fresh up
• Afternoon Jungle Safari at Ranthambhore forest, post lunch 
• Evening back to Resort and relax.
• Enjoy your Dinner and lights off
• Meal Plan – Lunch + Dinner

Day 2: 

• Wake up early morning at 5 am
• Board gypsy for morning wildlife safari tour to Ranthambhore National Park 
• Back to resort, have breakfast.
• Afternoon Safari post lunch
• Evening back to Resort, relax.
• Meal Plan – Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 3: 

• Wake up early morning at 5 am
• Board gypsy for morning wildlife safari tour to Ranthambhore National Park 
• Back to resort, have breakfast.
• Afternoon Safari post lunch
• Evening back to Resort, relax. 
• Meal Plan – Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 4: 

• Wake up early morning at 5 am
• Board gypsy for the last Ranthambhore safari tour in the morning
• Back to resort, have breakfast and pack up. Check-out by 11 am
• Transfer to Railway Station for onward journey
• Meal Plan – Breakfast
For 3N/4D with 6 Safaris 
Please Note: Non-Veg will be served only in Dinner.

• Accommodation on Twin Sharing Basis in 3Star Resort 
• All Meals as per the itinerary (Veg and Non-Veg) 
• Free usage of all resort amenities 
• Safaris in Open Gypsy and Guide with pick and drop from resort 
• All Safaris in core zones as per best chances of sightings and availability 
• Forest permits, gypsy fee, driver fee, guide charges, and taxes 

Exclusions: 

• Train/Air tickets to and from home city 
• Meals during the train/flight journey 
• Lens/Camera charges (if any).
• Any personal food orders, laundry, phone calls 
• Any porter charges, tips and gratitude 
• Anything other than mentioned in the itinerary above 
• Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities 
• Difference can be due to sudden changes in forest fees, permits etc.

Payment Terms

• 100% of the Tour fee as advance for confirmation of participation for the Tour

Cancellation Fees

• 10% of the Tour fee outside 30 days before the Tour (90% Credit Note)
• 50% of the Tour fee between 29 and 15 days before the Tour (50% Credit Note)
• 100% of the Tour fee within 14 days before the Tour (NO Credit Note)
